Future Education provides educational information, counselling, admission assistance and related services. We are not a government authority, university or examination body.
3. User obligations
Users must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and comply with applicable laws.
4. Admissions disclaimer
Admission decisions are made solely by colleges, universities and competent authorities. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships or rankings.
5. Payments
Fees, where applicable, are governed by the applicable payment and refund policy communicated at the time of the transaction.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, software and materials belong to Future Education unless otherwise stated.
7. Prohibited conduct
Users shall not misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access or infringe intellectual property.
8. Third-party services
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
9. Limitation of liability
Future Education shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or from admission outcomes.
10. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify Future Education against claims arising from misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or of applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
